Recently I have been trying to get my head around the distinction or rather an explanation as to why documentary/ photojournalist and fashion photography can equally have an effect and hold on me. I mean to say my interests branch out into so many directions it can cause a little havoc, but then I guess if it where otherwise small minded and narrow that would make me...

So I guess the inherent stillness that comes hand in hand with photography itself could be where the attraction resides. A moment, oh the ever important moment that you must catch. And of course there is this play of time; entangled within the medium that functions on and relies so much on time.

This is one amongst many reasons, so many components are involved into what makes an image stick, require further attention and admiration.
